Freshly redecorated (in 2010), this two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers two ocean view lanais — one off the living room and another off the master bedroom — as well as a front lanai with a bistro set where you can sit and enjoy the swaying palms and the Kalepa mountain ridge in the distance. You’ll find indoor and outdoor living at its finest here!
Kaha Lani’s swimming pool, tennis courts, putting green and BBQ grills are available for your enjoyment. The 74-unit resort’s grounds are well-maintained, and there’s a coin-operated laundry located near the office. Parking is free, and there are no resort fees.

Beyond the lava-boulder protected pools the water can be rough, but Lydgate is one of the few Kauai beaches staffed with a lifeguard. Restrooms and picnic tables are also available.
If you’re on Kauai with young children, Lydgate’s Kamalani (“chief’s child”) Playground, with its “volcano slide” and ocean-themed mosaic decorations, is a must-do. If you walk a few minutes in the opposite direction from Kaha Lani, you’ll find the fun Kamalani Kai Bridge and Decks structure. That’s right, two playgrounds you can enjoy with your children and both just an easy walk away!
While Lydgate’s nearby amenities make this Kauai beach condo perfect for families, Kaha Lani #228 — an end unit in the resort’s northern-most building — is also a place where you can enjoy peace and quiet, rest and relaxation.
Oh, and lest we forget, this Kauai beach condo is convenient to the airport in Lihue — it’s about a 15-minute drive — and the Wailua Golf Course (rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation) is a just hop, skip and a jump away.
